FieldNode

FieldNode measures soil moisture, temperature, and light, then transmits over LoRa to a base station up to 8km away. Built for farms and research plots without reliable mains power or cell coverage.

Sensor sample -> local buffer -> LoRa uplink -> base station -> dashboard

Each node runs for months on a small solar panel and a single Li-ion cell, waking briefly to sample and transmit before returning to deep sleep.
